Technical Account Manager (AI Driven) - Curveglass

Location: Florianopolis office or Brazil remote; fully remote. Occasional flexibility is required for meetings with clients across the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East.

Curveglass is a startup incubated by hirify.global that provides a flight-level correction layer for airline revenue management through data science and modeling.

What you will do

• Own the technical implementation of Curveglass for airline clients from requirements through deployment and ongoing operation.
• Build and maintain client-specific Adapter code across web applications, APIs, data integrations, business rules, and exports.
• Develop frontend and backend functionality using Python, TypeScript, and React.
• Deploy and operate applications within client AWS or Azure environments, including containers and infrastructure as code.
• Work directly with clients to understand technical and business needs, lead technical meetings, troubleshoot issues, and manage expectations.
• Collaborate with the Core team to determine which functionality belongs in the shared product versus a client-specific Adapter.

Requirements

• Strong experience independently designing, building, debugging, and maintaining production systems.
• Fluency in Python and practical experience with TypeScript, React, SQL, APIs, relational data, and production data flows.
• Experience deploying and maintaining cloud applications in AWS or Azure, with hands-on container and Terraform experience.
• Ability to own systems end to end, including integrations, infrastructure, deployment, observability, debugging, reliability, and maintenance.
• Strong client-facing communication, business thinking, self-management, and comfort working through ambiguity.
• Fluent spoken and written English required. Meeting-hour flexibility is required for clients across multiple regions.

Nice to have

• Enterprise implementation experience involving substantial integration and customization.
• Airline pricing, forecasting, revenue management, or related systems experience.
• Production data engineering experience with Parquet, Snowflake, or similar technologies.
• Professional Spanish or Portuguese proficiency.
• Startup experience, cloud deployment experience, and strong product judgment.
