Cyber Security Senior Alliance Manager

Location: Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, Leeds, London, Manchester, Marlow, Newcastle, or South Coast, United Kingdom. Hybrid working requires three days in the office and two days working from home.

What you will do

• Own the direction and performance of silver-tier vendors within the aligned cybersecurity technology tower.
• Support the Alliances Lead with strategy prioritisation, decision-making, and execution.
• Use vendor, market, pipeline, and performance insight to identify opportunities and risks.
• Drive consistent partnership activity and commercial execution across multiple vendors.
• Provide line management, coaching, and best-practice direction to Alliance Managers.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in alliances, partnerships, or vendor management.
• Strong commercial awareness, including rebates, incentives, and programme structures.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Confidence leading challenging conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative leadership style with an interest in coaching and developing others.
