Procurement Team Lead

Location: Krakow, Lesser Poland, Poland; hybrid work with 8 office days per month

What you will do

• Lead the procurement team across sourcing, transactional purchasing, and supplier qualification activities.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, business priorities, and alignment to agreed objectives.
• Organize team resources and ensure appropriate staffing, skills, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through feedback and performance evaluations.
• Analyze procurement processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to speed, efficiency, and productivity.
• Participate in budget planning and conduct monthly reviews of financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in procurement.
• At least 3 years of experience managing and developing teams.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with SAP SCM and SAP Ariba SLP is an asset.
