Senior Export Logistics Specialist

Location: Lodz, Poland; Workplace: On-site

What you will do

• Organize international shipments from the Lodz distribution center to customers, distributors, and global hubs.
• Coordinate road freight, air cargo, and express courier deliveries.
• Prepare export documentation, manage customs clearance, and cooperate with customs brokers.
• Coordinate with international carriers, monitor performance, and handle shipment claims.
• Control transportation costs, optimize delivery routes, and track orders in WMS, TMS, and ERP systems.
• Coordinate shipment readiness with the warehouse team and improve logistics processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in international, export, or distribution logistics.
• Hands-on experience with cross-border road freight, air cargo, and express courier services.
• Knowledge of Incoterms 2020, EU customs procedures, export documentation, and HS/CN codes.
• Understanding of regulations for transporting lithium battery-powered devices.
• Experience with customs brokers, international carriers, logistics providers, WMS/TMS/ERP systems, and strong Excel skills.
• Polish and English at B2+ level; Ukrainian fluency required.
