Strategic Procurement Specialist

Location: Warsaw, Poland; Workplace: On-site

International technology manufacturer developing security, video surveillance, fire safety, automation, and life-safety devices for homes and businesses.

What you will do

• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, quality conditions, and supplier contracts.
• Manage procurement of tools, equipment, consumables, components, and services from China, Europe, and the USA.
• Resolve delivery, quality, completeness, pricing, and documentation issues.
• Analyze procurement data and market trends to identify savings and reduce supply risks.
• Evaluate and onboard suppliers while maintaining long-term supplier relationships.
• Source equivalent electronic components according to technical requirements and supply-chain conditions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of procurement experience in electronics, EMS, or automotive sectors.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, contract negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical background in electronics or a good understanding of electronic components and equivalents.
• Experience in international procurement and managing multiple procurement projects.
• Experience with 1C ERP, Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
• English at B2+ level and Polish at B2+ level required.
