Location: Arlington, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with two days per week in the office

What you will do

• Execute title workflows for off-lease and repossessed vehicle inventory, ensuring titles reach auctions within state service-level timeframes.
• Document follow-ups, update account statuses, and enter title fees accurately in company systems.
• Partner with vendors, dealers, sales, transport teams, internal departments, financial institutions, and state agencies to resolve title delays.
• Research and resolve ageing, exception, and escalated accounts involving title issues, holds, and auction paperwork.
• Audit assigned auctions, ensure documentation complies with state and federal regulations, and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Support department initiatives and troubleshoot alternate solutions when system defects occur.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of lien processes and/or auto finance; 0–2 years of title processing or lien perfection experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, AutoIMS, and other technology systems.
• Ability to comply with state and federal guidelines and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, independent decision-making, and multitasking skills.
• Must be able to work in the hybrid Arlington, Texas office environment; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Associate, bachelor’s, or master’s degree.
• Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, bias, ethics, and data protection.
