Management Assistant (Automotive Retail)

Location: Fort Worth/Arlington, Texas, United States; onsite at 8400 Anderson Blvd, Fort Worth

Hourly rate: $15.50–$23.30

What you will do

• Coordinate hiring and onboarding, including interview scheduling, documentation, and applicant records in Workday.
• Facilitate new associate orientation, required training, documentation, and personnel-file maintenance.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide paperwork and operational support.
• Process sales and auction paperwork, including DMV documentation and dealer registration.
• Handle cash deposits, safe procedures, and multiple payment types.
• Support Business Office operations, mentor new associates, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Requirements

• Accurate data reading, interpretation, transcription, and record-keeping skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and intermediate PC use.
• Effective communication with customers and associates in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Availability for varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
