Senior Solutions Consultant (AdTech)

What you will do

• Define and implement standards and best practices for pre-bid, server-side, SSAI, and PBS VAST integrations.
• Advise strategic OMNI Channel partners on technical solutions, business challenges, monetization, and performance improvement.
• Test customer integrations and monitor operational performance against KPIs and benchmarks.
• Contribute technical insights to product strategy, experimentation, releases, and new feature development.
• Create integration and migration playbooks for internal and external teams.
• Collaborate with developers to build operational efficiency and troubleshooting tools.

Requirements

• 7+ years of senior technical experience in ad tech, media and entertainment, OTT, CTV, ad exchange, SSP, DSP, ad server, or mediation environments.
• Experience integrating CTV and video partners through VAST tags and/or server-to-server integrations.
• Advanced knowledge of instream and outstream video advertising, VAST, VPAID, VMAP, MRAID, SSAI, OpenRTB, IFA, and Prebid Server.
• Experience with IP and HTTP protocols, network inspection tools, SQL, JSON, complex data analysis, and root-cause diagnosis.
• Ability to work with Kafka topics and audit log data, manage large cross-functional projects, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to work in the London hybrid office schedule, including Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

• Management experience.
• Experience with Kafka, data streaming technologies, BI tools such as Looker and Redash, Kubernetes, automation, or scripting.
