Senior Implementation Consultant (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and solution design during late-stage sales engagements for strategic enterprise clients.
• Develop implementation plans, manage technical onboarding, and ensure effective handoffs to delivery and support teams.
• Own complex client implementations, including product data feeds, API integrations, FTP workflows, and platform optimization.
• Provide advanced technical consultation, training, documentation, webinars, and other enablement resources.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success while representing client needs in product feedback.
• Mentor junior client success engineers, improve internal processes, and use AI for recurring planning, research, troubleshooting, and documentation work.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing technical SaaS role focused on onboarding or solution engineering for enterprise clients.
• Deep experience with XML, TXT, CSV, and JSON product data feeds and FTP protocols.
• Advanced experience with REST and SOAP API integrations and troubleshooting.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and HTML.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects, communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, documenting processes, and using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant client-facing technical SaaS experience.
• Enterprise client or e-commerce experience, remote-based training experience, and project management experience or certification.
• Additional language proficiency and experience creating online technical training content.
