Solutions Consultant (AdBook)

What you will do

• Lead client onboarding and implementation projects for the AdBook+ platform.
• Translate client business requirements into system configurations, workflows, and scalable technical solutions.
• Manage discovery, configuration, testing, training, milestones, and go-live support.
• Configure platform features, support integrations and data workflows, and recommend best practices.
• Troubleshoot configuration and workflow issues and document solutions for client and internal use.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Success to resolve issues and improve client outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with complex software platforms, client implementations, or implementation workstreams.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
