What you will do
- Lead the club’s fitness offering and champion coaching standards and culture.
- Oversee Personal Training, Group Training, MOVE and REDEFINE products.
- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers.
- Deliver Personal Training and Group Training sessions while supporting member onboarding, engagement and retention.
- Drive revenue across Personal Training, memberships, REDEFINE and other fitness products.
- Manage fitness schedules, group training timetables and operational standards across the gym.
Requirements
- Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification.
- CIMSPA Practitioner Status.
- Proven experience delivering Personal Training and Group Training.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of fitness business performance.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
Nice to have
- Experience leading or mentoring fitness teams.
- Experience managing fitness programmes or group training products.
- Understanding of member retention and engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of emerging fitness trends and industry innovations.
