Senior Account Manager (Digital Marketing)

Location: Folkestone, United Kingdom; field sales coverage across Kent and the South East, with the candidate required to be based on the patch.

Salary: £40,000–£45,000 per year, plus a £5,000 weighting payment and £22,000 OTE.

What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-spend customers with annual client spend of £5,000–£12,000.
• Retain and increase customer product spend through high-performing digital marketing solutions.
• Source, develop, and acquire high-value new business opportunities.
• Sell and recommend digital products including PPC, SEO, social media, websites, video, and reputation management.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and key internal stakeholders.
• Develop commercial models and advertising programmes that meet customer needs and agency minimum spend thresholds.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence with no more than six points and access to a car.
• Demonstrable experience selling high-value digital solutions.
• A strong track record of digital sales performance.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns and technology.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex digital information clearly.
• Resilience, tenacity, strategic thinking, flexibility, and a collaborative approach.
