Account Supervisor

Location: United States – New York, NY; hybrid work with in-office attendance requirements

Base salary: $90,000–$105,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and delivery of project and campaign objectives.
• Translate client business problems into digital strategies and integrated marketing solutions.
• Coordinate planning with clients, platform representatives, partner agencies, and internal department leads.
• Develop and present social, digital, creative, and media recommendations.
• Lead project meetings, manage budgets and timelines, and coordinate production logistics.
• Mentor account team members and support collaboration across strategy, creative, IPM, and media teams.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, creative, media, and advertising principles.
• Experience developing brand-specific strategies and coordinating integrated marketing initiatives.
• Knowledge of online multimedia, advertising and media buying trends, video viewability standards, influencer marketing, PR, and emerging technology.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, client finances, scopes, schedules, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong verbal, written, visual, and presentation skills.
• Mastery of PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides and intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of advertising research terminology, including Millward Brown or marketing mix modeling studies.
