Senior Project Manager & Subregion Coordinator – Grid Technologies

What you will do

• Lead complex customer projects from initiation through completion and handover.
• Serve as the primary customer interface and manage stakeholder relationships, risks, opportunities, and project performance.
• Coordinate engineering teams, suppliers, factories, customers, and site personnel throughout project execution.
• Monitor project KPIs and implement corrective actions for cost, quality, schedule, and safety.
• Coordinate and support Project Managers across the Nordic subregion through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Channel initiatives and consolidate information across the subregion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in energy, industrial, infrastructure, or other technically complex environments.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects with responsibility for cost, schedule, quality, and risk.
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to lead discussions involving complex engineering challenges.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Fluent English and at least one Scandinavian language, written and spoken.
