What you will do
- Lead hyperscale data-centre projects from design through construction, commissioning, and operational handover.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, quality, risks, and reporting.
- Coordinate discipline Project Managers across MEP, CSA, mechanical, and electrical work packages.
- Work with design teams, general contractors, and internal Engineering, EH&S, Finance, and Operations departments.
- Drive milestone adherence, develop recovery plans, and resolve delivery risks and issues.
- Build a strong safety culture and support compliance with building codes and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in data-centre or mission-critical environments.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary delivery teams across multiple geographies.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, coordination, stakeholder management, and communication.
- Proficiency with project-management and reporting tools, plus understanding of commercial and contractual principles.
