What you will do

• Lead data center project delivery from design through construction, commissioning, and operational handover.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and quality, ensuring alignment with design intent and business objectives.
• Coordinate discipline Project Managers (MEP, CSA, Mechanical, Electrical) to ensure integrated work packages.
• Maintain oversight of project budgets and schedules, reporting progress and identifying key risks.
• Collaborate with general contractors to assess local construction capabilities and resource planning.
• Build and maintain a strong safety culture through active engagement and auditing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in the data center or mission-critical sector.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-discipline delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and coordination.
• Understanding of commercial and contractual principles.
