What you will do

• Lead onsite project activities, assess progress, and ensure safe work practices.
• Coordinate snagging activities with the client, consultants, contractors, and partners.
• Identify project issues proactively and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Implement and monitor project processes, procedures, and revisions.
• Lead progress meetings, collaborate on problem-solving, and communicate impacts to partners.

Requirements

• Experience managing projects involving clean rooms, laboratories, adjacent environments, or office fit-outs.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Project management professional certification or willingness to pursue one.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with teams and clients.
