Senior Account Manager (Digital Marketing)

Location: Canterbury, United Kingdom; field-based role covering Kent / South East, with the candidate required to be based on the patch.

Salary: £40,000–£45,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-spend customers with annualised client spend of £5,000–£12,000.
• Retain, nurture, and expand customer product spend across hirify.global’s digital marketing portfolio.
• Source and acquire high-value new business opportunities within the market.
• Develop advertising programmes using PPC, SEO, social, websites, video, and reputation management solutions.
• Propose commercial models that maximise revenue and meet customer requirements.
• Build long-term client relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including DADs, KADs, customer service, and the agency.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence with no more than six points and access to a car.
• Demonstrable experience selling high-value digital solutions.
• Successful track record in digital sales performance.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns and technology.
• Ability to explain complex digital information clearly and concisely.
• Resilience, discipline, adaptability, and a collaborative approach.
