SAP FICO Consultant (S/4HANA Rollout)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; willingness to travel at least 50% required, including 10–12 weeks of travel over a 6–9 month rollout

What you will do

• Join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA rollout for a leading manufacturing client.
• Deliver SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions based on customer business requirements.
• Conduct fit-to-template and explore phases during the rollout.
• Support data migration for FI open items and master data using standard SAP toolsets.
• Contribute to accounting, controlling, closing, fast-close, logistics, and HCM integration processes.
• Act as a template defender and provide clear, assertive recommendations.

Requirements

• Senior-level SAP FICO consulting experience.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Finance, including GL, New GL, Asset Accounting, AP, AR, and controlling.
• Experience with at least one full-lifecycle SAP Finance or Controlling implementation.
• Experience with at least one SAP S/4HANA Finance rollout, including fit-to-template or explore phases.
• Strong understanding of accounting and controlling business processes, data migration, and closing processes.
• Availability for at least 50% travel, including 10–12 weeks during the rollout, plus strong communication and assertiveness.
