Senior Director, IT Applications (FinTech)

What you will do

• Define and own the multi-year strategy, roadmap, and operating model for Workday and Salesforce.
• Establish platform governance with P&C, Sales, Customer Success, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, security, availability, release management, testing, monitoring, and change control.
• Oversee integrations across Workday, Salesforce, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Manage software vendors, implementation partners, managed service providers, contracts, licensing, and commercial relationships.
• Lead the Workday-to-SAP S/4HANA financial processes and data migration planned for January 2027.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in enterprise applications, with deep expertise in Workday and Salesforce or strong expertise in one platform and leadership responsibility for the other.
• 5+ years of people management experience leading platform and application specialists.
• Experience establishing enterprise platform governance in a global, regulated, or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration architectures, SaaS vendor management, software licensing, and strategic partnerships.
• Knowledge of data privacy, risk, and security frameworks, including GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.
