Oracle HCM Specialist/BA with SAP SuccessFactors

What you will do

• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Learning, including catalogues, offerings, content types, audience rules, eligibility, enrolment logic, workflows, approvals, notifications, and roles.
• Upload and validate SCORM packages and manage learning catalogue structure, taxonomy, assignment, and visibility.
• Design and develop approximately 20–30 reports using OTBI and BI Publisher, while maintaining reporting and data-governance documentation.
• Perform data migration with HDL/HSDL by preparing templates, cleansing and transforming data, and validating and reconciling results.
• Extract and analyse learning data from SAP SuccessFactors and define mappings and transformation rules for Oracle HCM Learning migration.
• Work with OIC and IAM integration teams to validate data flows, mappings, user provisioning, and content synchronization.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, preferably Oracle Learning.
• Hands-on experience configuring learning processes, developing OTBI/BI Publisher reports, and performing HDL-based data migration.
• Experience extracting data from legacy systems, analysing source structures, defining mappings and transformations, and validating and reconciling data.
• Strong understanding of employee and non-worker lifecycles, learning processes, and business flows.
• Physical location in Poland and legal authorization to work in Poland are required.
• Strong English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, and JSON/XML data structures.
• Experience troubleshooting SCORM and knowledge of Fast Formula or HCM Extract.
• Experience with global or multi-country HCM projects.
