What you will do

• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules, specifically focusing on Oracle Learning catalogues, workflows, and eligibility rules.
• Manage end-to-end data migration processes using HDL/HSDL, including cleansing, transformation, and validation.
• Develop and maintain complex reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Perform business analysis to extract and map legacy learning data from SAP SuccessFactors to Oracle HCM.
• Collaborate with integration teams to validate data flows and support system synchronization.
• Document data governance processes and migration logic to ensure system maintainability.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in Learning configuration.
• Hands-on expertise in data migration using HDL and reporting via OTBI/BI Publisher.
• Proven experience in data extraction and mapping from legacy systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical migration logic.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and API structures (REST/SOAP).
• Experience with SCORM package troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with HCM Extract and Fast Formula.
• Experience working on global, multi-country HCM implementation projects.
