What you will do

• Support SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementation and support projects.
• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops.
• Conduct product demonstrations and advise clients on SAP S/4HANA and related platforms.
• Translate business needs into capabilities, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear functional requirements.
• Apply SAP customizing settings and account for integration points with other SAP modules.
• Identify and analyze program or project risks and issues with project managers.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as an SAP HCM or SuccessFactors Consultant on implementation and support projects.
• Fluent English at B2+ level.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and HR process design.
• Hands-on experience with related SAP customizing settings and understanding of integrations with other SAP modules.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at different organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Cloud, HXM, SuccessFactors, or Concur.
• ABAP debugging experience.
