Product Manager (Android/Workspace ONE)

Location: Remote in Canada or the United States; hybrid near Atlanta, Georgia. Travel: approximately 5% for conferences and customer visits.

Salary: USD $124,000–$180,000 per year, with potential eligibility for a corporate bonus program.

What you will do

• Own the Workspace ONE Launcher backlog across single-app and multi-app modes, shared device workflows, and managed home screen experiences on Android.
• Write epics and user stories with testable acceptance criteria and work with engineering to maintain delivery-ready sprints.
• Research customer requirements, size opportunities, and contribute to frontline product roadmap prioritization.
• Partner with UX to design and validate administrator and frontline workflows for gloved hands, low-light environments, and offline devices.
• Coordinate go-to-market and release readiness activities with Product Marketing, Sales, Solution Engineering, Documentation, Localization, Support, and Release Management.
• Track adoption metrics, triage escalations, gather customer feedback, and maintain technical content, demos, FAQs, and enablement materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, technical marketing, solutions engineering, systems engineering, or a similar customer-facing enterprise software role.
• Professional experience in enterprise mobility, unified endpoint management, mobile application development, or frontline worker technology.
• Working knowledge of Android device management, including Android Enterprise enrollment modes, dedicated and fully managed deployments, and managed configurations.
• Experience writing clear requirements, shipping features with agile engineering teams, presenting to stakeholders, and translating technical details into plain language.
• Hands-on experience with Workspace ONE UEM or a comparable enterprise endpoint management platform, plus experience with product analytics or usage telemetry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. Employment-based immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail, healthcare, logistics, transportation, or manufacturing frontline environments.
• Familiarity with rugged device ecosystems or Android OEM programs.
