TL;DR
IT Operations Engineer (Cloud/Infrastructure): Managing Linux and Windows environments, virtualized and containerized platforms, and enterprise-scale banking infrastructure with an accent on automation, monitoring, incident response, and system reliability. Focus on improving availability and scalability, resolving operational incidents, and supporting cloud, networking, and observability environments.

What you will do
- Manage Linux and Windows operating environments.
- Support virtualized and containerized platforms across enterprise-scale infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and resolve incidents and problems.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks using scripting and configuration management.
- Improve infrastructure reliability, availability, scalability, and operational resilience.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and architecture teams supporting Retail Banking services.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Linux and Windows systems.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware, container platforms including Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, firewalls, and load balancing.
- Experience with scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or Go.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, configuration management, and monitoring platforms such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK.
- Incident and problem management experience.
Nice to have
- Database knowledge, including SQL.
- Experience with IT risk controls, audit support, or compliance.
- Exposure to high-availability and disaster-recovery environments.
