TL;DR
Technical Analyst 4 (Network Operations) (Enterprise Networking/Cloud): Maintaining reliable, secure, and performant network services across global enterprise environments with an accent on incident response, firewall and load balancer operations, cloud networking, and service availability. Focus on troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, supporting 24x5 operations, planning capacity, and coordinating remediation with engineering teams and vendors.

What you will do
- Provide operational support for secure, available, and high-performing enterprise network services.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, isolate faults, and resolve network incidents, service degradation, and infrastructure issues.
- Support a 24x5 operational environment, including incident restoration and Major Incident Management activities.
- Perform capacity planning, availability management, remediation, operational reporting, and service readiness activities.
- Support solution implementation and transition through documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and business stakeholders on network delivery, strategy, roadmaps, and process improvements.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience supporting enterprise network environments, including firewalls and load balancers.
- Experience with cloud networking, Cisco data center and LAN technologies, Check Point, F5 LTM/AFM/GTM, and Netskope.
- Knowledge of MPLS, broadband, BGP, OSPF, HSRP, SIP, 802.1X, and the OSI model.
- Experience with network operations, service restoration, availability management, capacity planning, monitoring, and technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management, with advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree and relevant industry experience; vendor certifications such as CCSA, CCSE, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or AWS Solutions Architect are expected or equivalent experience is accepted.
Nice to have
- Experience with AlgoSec, ScienceLogic, LiveNX/LiveAction, APM, and related monitoring tools.
- Experience in large-scale global network operations organizations.
