RN Registered Nurse (Part-time) - AHN Home Infusion - North Pittsburgh and Surrounding Areas (Territory-based Travel)

Allegheny Health Network provides home infusion and skilled nursing services for patients receiving care outside traditional hospital settings.

What you will do

• Deliver home infusion visits and administer infusion therapy in patients' homes.
• Assess patient conditions, implement nursing interventions, and evaluate outcomes according to physician orders.
• Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, pharmacists, patient support services, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide patient and caregiver education on medications, equipment, supplies, and safe treatment practices.
• Document care, referrals, plan-of-care changes, reimbursement information, and discharge needs accurately.
• Provide assigned weekend, holiday, after-hours, and emergency on-call coverage.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Pennsylvania RN license or current multistate license through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC), in good standing.
• At least one year of acute care or IV experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance.
• Act 34 criminal background, Act 33 child abuse, and Act 73 FBI fingerprinting clearances are required.

• Experience with home infusion care or IV therapy.
