What you will do

• Provide assessment, treatment, first aid, immunizations, fitness-for-duty evaluations, and crisis intervention.
• Deliver nursing care for patients and families with needs ranging from basic to complex.
• Create a therapeutic and caring environment for patients and families.
• Develop care plans with patients and families and communicate them to colleagues for continuity of care.
• Recognize and manage rapidly changing situations using clinical decision-making and critical-thinking skills.
• Apply evidence-based practice and relevant national and specialty standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• New Hampshire Registered Nurse license or Compact State RN license required.
• Obtain and maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment.
• Pursue professional certification when eligible or within three years of entering specialty practice.

Nice to have

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
