Focus on assisting cardiovascular, respiratory, diabetic, endocrine, neurological, renal, vascular, and infectious disease patients while maintaining accurate patient records and collecting delegated care information.

What you will do
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living and delegated patient care.
- Maintain a safe patient care environment.
- Prepare and maintain patient records with appropriate data elements.
- Collect and document basic patient care information as delegated.
- Support patient flow and administrative coordination within assigned patient care areas.
Requirements
- Completed LNA program and active licensure in the state of New Hampshire.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
- Ability to support adult patients and, when required, older pediatric patients with cardiovascular and other medical conditions.
