Location: Nashua, NH, United States. Part-time day shift, 7:45 a.m.–4:15 p.m., with rotating days off and no weekends; 24 hours per week.

What you will do
- Provide activities of daily living assistance and basic patient care.
- Support patient flow and coordinate administrative functions in the assigned care area.
- Act as an area receptionist and respond to patient needs.
- Collect and document delegated basic patient care information.
- Prepare and maintain patient records with appropriate data elements.
- Monitor patients and maintain a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Completed Licensed Nursing Assistant program.
- Active LNA licensure in New Hampshire required.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
