TL;DR
Product Lead (AI): Building and scaling Plain Concepts’ Product Vertical by shaping consulting offerings, leading multidisciplinary teams, and delivering digital and AI products for clients with an accent on product strategy, design, commercial growth, and end-to-end delivery. Focus on developing reusable methodologies, defining MVPs and delivery roadmaps, managing strategic client engagements, and driving measurable business outcomes.
Location: Hybrid role based in Barcelona or Madrid, Spain. Optional remote work is available within the context of the hybrid position.

What you will do
- Lead and scale the Product Vertical across Product Management, Product Design, Digital Strategy, and UX/UI Design.
- Shape the vertical’s value proposition, service structure, go-to-market approach, methodologies, playbooks, and reusable assets.
- Own strategic client engagements from opportunity framing and use-case validation through product definition, experience design, MVP delivery, and activation.
- Partner with Sales and Account teams on opportunities, proposals, pitches, workshops, RFPs, pricing, and commercial growth.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and oversee delivery quality, budgets, margins, risks, client satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes.
- Develop team capabilities, support professional growth, define quality standards, and identify future hiring needs.
Requirements
- Strong experience in product, digital, design, and technology consulting.
- Proven experience leading innovation, product, and design teams in consultancies or agencies.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and strategic client projects from definition through delivery.
- Experience with consulting services, go-to-market strategies, business development, project economics, and end-to-end delivery.
- Excellent leadership, client management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent English and Spanish required.
