Head of Transactional Processing

What you will do

• Lead the global Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll functions, managing teams of six in each area.
• Develop efficient processes and workflows that improve speed, accuracy, reliability, and compliance.
• Drive AP, AR, and payroll transformation projects, including OCR, automated billing, credit control, and global payroll alignment.
• Establish team KPIs, monitor performance, and provide feedback to improve results.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities across transactional finance functions.
• Partner with commercial, finance, people, and IT stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and implement automation.

Requirements

• Deep industry experience in transactional finance teams and proven experience transforming multi-service-line organizations.
• Experience managing, mentoring, and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of transactional processing best practices, ERP systems, and Workday Finance.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with commercial and cross-departmental teams and maintaining a continuous-improvement mindset.
• Experience in a US-listed environment and working knowledge of SOX controls are useful.
