Accounts Payable Lead

What you will do

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of two Accounts Payable professionals.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records.
• Manage the end-to-end invoice process and ensure timely payment.
• Oversee bank reconciliations and support daily banking activities.
• Manage credit control and support cash flow forecasting and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Internal Sales, Engineering, and other business teams to improve finance operations.

Requirements

• Experience as a finance professional with the ability to take ownership of an Accounts Payable function.
• Experience leading, coaching, or supporting a small team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced business environment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Colchester, United Kingdom.
