Head of Finance

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end financial reporting, controlling, closing activities, IFRS reporting, and management reporting for the UK and Ireland.
• Oversee complex accounting matters, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, estimates, non-routine transactions, and statutory audits.
• Maintain financial controls, governance, compliance, risk mitigation, and documentation of accounting judgments.
• Monitor working capital, cash flow, liquidity, balance sheet risks, and O2C, P2P, and R2R processes.
• Lead and develop the Accounting and Financial Controlling team while partnering with regional, global, sales, and business stakeholders.
• Own finance-related ERP operations and drive process improvement, automation, standardization, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualification is advantageous.
• Extensive finance leadership experience in multinational organizations, including IFRS, statutory compliance, and group reporting.
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance management.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Microsoft NAV, D365, or similar, plus advanced Excel skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence senior stakeholders, and build cross-functional partnerships.
• Fluent or professional English, written and verbal, and a valid UK visa are required.
