What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of researchers focused on B2B and selected B2C quantitative research projects.
• Establish B2B feasibility routines, screening protocols, sampling strategies, and pricing guardrails.
• Build scalable processes for high-velocity project management and cross-team collaboration.
• Advise consultancy and corporate clients on survey design, recruitment logic, and hard-to-reach B2B samples.
• Interpret research results and present actionable recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with international research leaders to develop DACH as a blueprint for global B2B expansion.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in quantitative market research focused on B2B target groups and professional decision-makers.
• Hands-on experience designing studies, writing questionnaires, and executing projects such as U&A, pricing studies, concept testing, and target group analysis.
• Proven leadership experience, including leading high-performing teams in turnaround or fast-scale-up environments.
• German at C2 level is required; confident communication in English is also required.
• Strategic, commercially minded approach with the ability to translate B2B insights into business impact.
• Ability to build scalable frameworks, operational guardrails, and processes from the ground up.
