Recruiter (Healthcare)

Location: Remote - Massachusetts, with onsite attendance at Lowell General Hospital 1–2 days per week. Must be available to travel to all entity locations and support hiring events. Monday–Friday, 8 hours between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Salary: $72,371.94–$90,464.92 annually based on full-time equivalent.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Support Services across Lowell General Hospital/Saints Campus, MelroseWakefield Hospital, and Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
• Source candidates through job advertising, direct outreach, job fairs, and traditional and non-traditional recruiting methods.
• Prescreen applicants, conduct behavioral-based interviews, verify references, and ensure candidates meet position requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers and business units on recruitment initiatives, workforce needs, and process improvements.
• Extend employment offers and communicate hiring decisions while maintaining a respectful candidate experience.
• Build diverse talent pipelines and support recruitment transformation, efficiency, and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based applications.
• Proficiency with an applicant tracking system.
• Strong consulting, communication, relationship management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability for onsite work in Massachusetts and travel to entity locations and hiring events.

Nice to have

• Five years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience with Workday or a large, complex health system.
• PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification.
