TL;DR
Transport Compliance Administrator (Transport Compliance): Maintaining transport compliance records, training logistics, and operational dashboards for drivers and transport teams with an accent on DVSA standards, Driver CPC, tachograph data, and audit readiness. Focus on analysing compliance metrics, coordinating mandatory training, supporting Earned Recognition submissions, and reconciling transport purchase orders.
Location: E3, South Elmsall, Pontefract, United Kingdom. Full-time on-site role, Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00, 40 hours per week.
Salary: £13.87 per hour.

What you will do
- Administer the Thrive Learning Management System, including course uploads, training schedules and mandatory completion tracking such as Driver CPC.
- Extract and analyse tachograph and defect-log data to create weekly operational compliance dashboards.
- Monitor transport KPIs, including MOT pass rates and driver infringements, to support monthly DVSA Earned Recognition submissions.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready records in line with Traffic Commissioner and DVSA standards.
- Support the Training & Compliance Manager with diary management, external course bookings and delegate coordination.
- Raise and reconcile transport purchase orders and process company credit cards.
Requirements
- Experience in transport operations, fleet compliance administration or quality assurance.
- Strong data skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and dashboard tools such as Power BI.
- Practical knowledge of DVSA standards, Drivers’ Hours, Driver CPC and the Earned Recognition scheme.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms; Thrive LMS experience is advantageous.
- Strong organisation, time management and communication skills for working with drivers, internal teams and external training providers.
