Manager Regional Operations UK (m/f/d) (Transport Operations/Data Analysis): Driving the performance and reliability of Flix’s UK coach network by coordinating bus partners, analyzing operational data, and improving customer-facing services with an accent on partner performance, reporting, and service quality. Focus on resolving operational incidents, building performance insights, supporting driver training, and strengthening network resilience across the UK.
Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with attendance at the London office as required and travel across the UK

What you will do
- Manage operational performance across nominated bus partners and ensure reliable, efficient, high-quality coach services.
- Support the implementation of Flix standards with bus partners, drivers, and operational stakeholders.
- Analyze operational datasets, build reports, and present insights on partner and service performance.
- Identify customer-facing product and process improvements and develop business cases for new features.
- Support partner staff and driver onboarding and training.
- Handle operational incidents and customer complaints in collaboration with customer service teams.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in transport, mobility, logistics, or a complex operational setting.
- Strong data-analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management across bus partners, local authorities, and senior internal stakeholders.
- Fluent English is required.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; familiarity with PowerBI and AI tools is beneficial.
- Willingness to travel across the UK and attend the London office as required.
Nice to have
- Experience with operational systems and digital platforms such as Planr, Playstation, and OneOps Control.
- Experience in a scale-up or high-growth international environment.
- Experience handling operational incidents and delivering excellent customer service.
