Senior Manager, Product Deployment

What you will do

• Gather and prioritize feedback, pain points, and feature requests from local business stakeholders, regional teams, customers, vendors, and rider experience teams.
• Translate operational challenges and qualitative and quantitative insights into structured, data-driven business cases.
• Define problem statements, success metrics, and value assessments, and present proposals to product leadership.
• Lead cross-functional go-to-market rollouts across operations, finance, legal, PR, and marketing.
• Coordinate timelines, resources, communications, deployment playbooks, FAQs, and training materials.
• Track rollout performance, adoption, and feedback while managing stakeholder alignment, risks, and team coaching.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or product-related roles in a multi-region or global company.
• Strong analytical and business acumen, with the ability to turn insights into recommendations.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and executing product rollouts with operational dependencies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced or matrixed environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including influencing director-level and more senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Notion, and project management platforms such as Asana.

Nice to have

• Experience coaching or leading mid-level and junior specialists.
• Experience with operational excellence tools, CRM platforms, or implementing AI capabilities to improve workflow efficiency.
• Understanding of user support processes, operational workflows, or customer experience structures in on-demand delivery or retail.
