What you will do

• Translate commercial needs and market feedback into strategic product requirements for Tech teams.
• Own the positioning, messaging, and value proposition of retail media products.
• Enable Sales teams with compelling narratives and foundations for client pitches.
• Train and guide Retail Media Managers using strategic guidance and data-driven insights.
• Advise key clients by translating technical concepts into business value and developing data-backed campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with Tech, Sales, and Business stakeholders to drive product adoption and continuous optimization.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Retail Media, AdTech, Product Strategy, Business Development, or Consulting.
• Strong analytical, communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to connect technical and business perspectives and translate data into actionable insights.
• Structured, strategic, and solution-oriented working style.
• Fluent English and German required.
