What you will do
- Define and execute the mobile product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to deliver high-impact mobile solutions.
- Identify growth opportunities using customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Drive experimentation through A/B testing and iterative product development to optimize key metrics.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders and communicate product strategy to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, with significant expertise in mobile products.
- Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring other Product Managers.
- Track record of delivering successful mobile app products at scale.
- Experience working in agile product development environments.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with product analytics and experimentation frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in automotive, e-commerce, or online marketplaces.
- Knowledge of subscription, monetization, or growth product strategies.
- Familiarity with modern product discovery methodologies and outcome-driven management.
