Focus on defining payment products, identifying AI and automation use cases, managing AML/CFT and PCI DSS requirements, and optimizing reliability, adoption, and revenue.

What you will do
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for payment gateways, payouts, transfers, collections, recurring payments, card acceptance, digital wallets, and API platforms.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify opportunities in embedded finance and cross-border payments.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and business case development through launch and optimization.
- Prepare product requirements, user stories, process flows, backlog priorities, and release plans.
- Define and monitor KPIs covering transactions, adoption, reliability, and revenue.
- Coordinate Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Sales, Business Development, and Support stakeholders, as well as banking and payment partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience, including 2–3 years in payments, fintech, or financial services.
- Experience owning the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization.
- Knowledge of payment infrastructure, payouts, card schemes, gateways, wallets, transfers, or acquiring.
- Familiarity with AML/CFT, PCI DSS, KYC, regional financial regulations, and card scheme rules.
- Strong product documentation, stakeholder management, communication, agile, and Scrum skills.
