Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmaps for payment gateways, payouts, B2B/B2C transfers, P2P payments, collections, recurring payments, card acceptance, digital wallets, and API platforms.
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify opportunities in embedded finance and cross-border payments.
• Identify AI and automation use cases for fraud detection, KYC onboarding, and customer support.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation and business case development through requirements, design, build, testing, launch, and optimization.
• Prepare PRDs, user stories, and process flows; prioritize backlogs, plan releases, and monitor product KPIs.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, operations, compliance, risk, sales, business development, support, banking partners, payment schemes, regulators, and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2–3 years in payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Experience owning the complete product lifecycle from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Working knowledge of payment infrastructure, payouts, card schemes, gateways, wallets, transfers, or acquiring.
• Familiarity with AML/CFT, PCI DSS, KYC, regional financial regulations, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong product documentation, stakeholder management, communication, Agile/Scrum, and product management tool skills.
