Senior Program Manager, Product & GTM Programs (AI)

What you will do

• Connect GTM, Product, and Engineering teams around upcoming customer-impacting changes.
• Lead cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Product Marketing, Partnerships, Operations, and Engagement Management.
• Coordinate kickoffs, program cadence, sequencing, deadlines, escalations, and executive reporting.
• Design coordinated customer and partner communication plans and collect early field feedback.
• Define program success metrics, run retrospectives, and build durable playbooks, SOPs, and governance routines.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in program or project management.
• End-to-end ownership of complex cross-functional programs, rather than individual workstreams.
• Experience connecting technical and commercial teams and translating requirements between them.
• Technical fluency with enterprise software platforms and the ability to assess customer impact independently.
• Experience holding teams accountable without formal authority and making decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Exceptional written communication skills across technical detail and executive-level narratives.
