What you will do
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems using 3D CAD tools.
- Create technical drawings, specifications, assembly instructions, and other product documentation.
- Perform mechanical analysis and simulations to validate designs and optimize performance.
- Manage BOM structures and maintain product traceability throughout the lifecycle.
- Translate customer requirements into practical engineering solutions and support technical proposals.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams on design reviews, product improvement, compliance, and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software such as CATIA, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
- Experience creating and managing BOM structures.
- Strong technical documentation, drawing, mechanical design, and manufacturing process skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a collaborative working style.
Nice to have
- Experience with mechanical simulation and finite element analysis software.
- Knowledge of engineering standards, industry regulations, project management, or continuous improvement methods.
- Experience in pneumatic, hydraulic, or actuator industries.
- Professional engineering qualification or chartership such as CEng or IEng.
