Workpack Engineer (Engineering)

What you will do

• Prepare detailed workpacks covering scope, materials, drawings, procedures, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, planning, construction, and HSE teams to align workpacks with project requirements.
• Review engineering deliverables and convert them into clear, executable work instructions.
• Ensure documentation complies with company standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications.
• Track progress, maintain documentation, support change management, and resolve documentation-related queries during execution.
• Improve workpack processes, templates, and workflows.

Requirements

• Experience as a Workpack Engineer, Construction Engineer, or in a similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies.
• Familiarity with workpack systems, planning tools, and document management platforms.
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workpacks independently.
• HNC, HND, or degree in Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
• Valid Safety Passport is required.
