Workpack Engineer (Engineering)

What you will do

• Prepare workpacks covering scope, materials, drawings, procedures, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, planning, construction, and HSE teams to align workpacks with project requirements.
• Review engineering deliverables and convert them into clear, executable work instructions.
• Maintain documentation, track progress, and support change management.
• Provide technical support during execution and resolve documentation-related queries.
• Improve workpack processes, templates, and workflows.

Requirements

• Experience as a Workpack Engineer, Construction Engineer, or in a similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies.
• Familiarity with workpack systems, planning tools, and document management platforms.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• HNC, HND, or degree in Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
• Valid Safety Passport required.
