SAP Senior Warehouse Management (WM) Consultant (S/4HANA Rollout)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; the role requires at least 50% travel, including 10–12 weeks over a 6–9 month rollout.

What you will do

• Contribute to a large-scale SAP S/4HANA rollout for a leading manufacturing client.
• Design and deliver warehouse management solutions based on specific business requirements.
• Support warehouse organization structures, master data, inbound, outbound, and internal processes.
• Integrate warehouse management with other core SAP modules.
• Lead fit-to-template and explore phases and act as a template defender.
• Contribute to data migration using standard SAP tools for master data and transaction objects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of SAP project experience with in-depth SAP Warehouse Management or Stock Room Management knowledge.
• Strong understanding of warehouse business processes and SAP module integration.
• Strong knowledge of IDOCs for orders, ASNs, receipts, and dispatches.
• At least one end-to-end SAP implementation completed across the full lifecycle.
• At least one SAP S/4HANA rollout, including fit-to-template or explore phase experience.
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness for the template defender role.
