What you will do

• Lead the Finance Operations Excellence team across business analysis, digital solutioning, and operational reliability.
• Shape the Finance Shared Services strategy, roadmap, priorities, and transformation portfolio.
• Govern end-to-end FSSC and global transformation initiatives, including objectives, risks, dependencies, timelines, and outcomes.
• Oversee solution delivery from requirements and design through development, testing, implementation, stabilization, and operational support.
• Drive process improvement, standardization, automation, analytics, AI adoption, change management, and benefits realization.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talent while building a collaborative, accountable, and continuously improving team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant leadership, transformation, project, or operational excellence experience, including team and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience with Finance operations, shared services operating models, and BPO/SSC environments.
• Strong project and portfolio management, governance, risk management, dependency management, and resource planning skills.
• Understanding of business analysis, process improvement, automation, analytics, ERP systems, AI, and digital solution delivery.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, influencing, change management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have
