Senior Architect (German Speaking)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical architecture across complex insurance programs and portfolios.
• Lead customer discovery and design workshops and translate business needs into scalable hirify.global solutions.
• Architect solutions across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and hirify.global Cloud Platform.
• Define reusable architecture patterns aligned with cloud strategy, data, performance, security, and maintainability requirements.
• Lead architectural governance, design reviews, risk mitigation, and troubleshooting of systemic issues.
• Advise customer executives and architecture teams, support pre-sales, mentor technical staff, and contribute to internal standards and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• German-speaking communication capability.
• Experience in enterprise software architecture and delivery leadership.
• Experience delivering enterprise solutions in the insurance sector; hirify.global or similar core insurance platform experience is preferred.
• Strong command of Java, Gosu, REST APIs, cloud-native architecture, Agile delivery, and hybrid cloud implementation strategies.
• Experience with architectural governance, design reviews, multi-workstream or multi-region solutions, and translating business needs into technology strategies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Multiple hirify.global certifications, including Cloud or Architect credentials.
• Experience with multi-region or multi-vendor programs, digital transformation, or cloud migration.
• Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, performance architecture, DevOps, and cloud automation.
• Contributions to internal frameworks, accelerators, or reusable architecture assets.
