Lead Architect (Solution Architect DevOps Technologies) with German Language (m/f/d)

Location: Remote from Slovakia only; office address in Košice, Slovakia. Remote work outside Slovakia is not available due to European taxation regulations.

Salary: Base salary from €2,500 gross per month, depending on seniority and experience, plus a variable component and other financial benefits.

What you will do

• Design, develop, implement, and support ICT components, cloud solutions, applications, and Microsoft-based services.
• Lead the architecture, implementation, and operation of scalable Microsoft Azure, hybrid-cloud, private-cloud, public-cloud, and multi-cloud solutions.
• Support migrations of IT infrastructures and software solutions to Azure and manage related customer projects.
• Coordinate complex third-level activities, improve IT services and supporting infrastructure, and meet relevant KPIs.
• Advise customers, management, and project teams on IT, cloud, DevOps, licensing, and architecture decisions.
• Mentor colleagues, coordinate multiple stakeholders and vendors, and drive automation, innovation, process improvement, and cost optimization.

Requirements

• German at B2–C1 level is mandatory.
• Master’s or diploma degree in Information Technology, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• At least five years of professional experience with Microsoft products and technologies, including Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Azure, Azure Stack, MS SQL Server, O365, and Dynamics365.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft product licensing, solution design, cloud computing, DevOps practices, infrastructure, architecture, virtualization, networking, operating systems, and security.
• Experience with project management, quality management, financial literacy, leadership, presentation, negotiation, mentoring, and training.
• Must be able to work remotely from Slovakia.

Nice to have

• English at B2–C1 level.
• Technical certifications such as MCSE, MCSD, or cloud and DevOps certifications.
