Business Development Junior Associate (Fintech)

Location: Balikpapan, Balikpapan City, East Kalimantan, Indonesia

What you will do

• Acquire, communicate with, and maintain relationships with local merchants.
• Train merchants on Indodana products, the merchant dashboard, and basic tax processes.
• Propose and implement recurring and new merchant programs to improve sales and company revenue.
• Coordinate promotional media placements and sales improvement initiatives with merchants.
• Analyze market trends, customer demand, business expansion opportunities, and competitor activity.
• Create partnerships with brands, online merchants, payment gateways, and other regional partners, including customized presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a financial company.
• Strong local brand and retail merchant network is preferred.
• Strong analytical, sales performance monitoring, negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Valid SIM A and SIM C licenses and ownership of a personal vehicle.
