What you will do
- Develop large enterprise accounts, including Fortune 500 companies, listed companies, and state-owned enterprises.
- Execute sales plans and achieve customer development and performance targets.
- Sign contracts and prepare and deliver bundled sales and service solutions for procurement needs.
- Identify business opportunities, support client operations, and implement measures to improve customer experience.
- Collect market and customer insights and coordinate procurement, payment recovery, and after-sales service with internal teams.
- Collect receivables, provide ongoing after-sales support, and strengthen customer relationships and loyalty.
Requirements
- Experience developing and managing enterprise customers.
- Ability to execute sales and customer development plans.
- Ability to coordinate procurement, payment, operations, and after-sales activities.
- Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
