Design Engineer (IoT)

What you will do

• Architect, design, and verify analog and digital circuits for low-power IoT products.
• Determine circuit design approaches and key parameters.
• Perform custom IC layout and oversee layout designers.
• Evaluate IC designs through laboratory measurements.
• Present design results in technical reviews and resolve resulting action items.
• Collaborate with hardware design, software, and marketing teams to define and deliver MCU and wireless MCU features.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering.
• Verification skills, including circuit simulation.
• For digital design: foundation in digital logic, computer architecture, or embedded systems.
• For analog design: knowledge of building blocks such as op-amps, power management circuits, ADCs, DACs, oscillators, memories, bandgap references, or PLLs.
• Strong analytical, system troubleshooting, written communication, and teamwork skills.
• Both newly graduated and experienced candidates may be considered.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cadence design tools, Linux, and Python.
• Digital verification through simulation, testbenches, assertions, or formal methods.
• Familiarity with synthesis, timing, and power/area trade-offs.
• Understanding of analog layout trade-offs and laboratory measurement experience.
